Compatibility
As a Service Provider, you can choose between two kinds of APS control panels:
- control panels that you developed in-house
- control panels supplied by solution providers in the service industry
In-house control panel solutions must be developed to the APS Specification as outlined in the Documentation page of this website.
Solution Provider control panels are an option if you don't choose to develop your own control panels in-house. For example, Parallels, the leading automation platform for APS-enabled applications, offers two APS-compliant control panel solutions:
